Moto Signature - US Verizon RCS

Hey all,

I was curious if anyone that has gotten the unlocked India model and had any trouble getting RCS chatting to work on the verizon network. Currently it seems to be stuck in verification and I'm not sure what else I can do. I already tried different generic resets from the google messages subreddit with nothing working.
