Cook needed- Bavdhan pune

Hey all! Need a home cook who is reliable and can cook with Minimal supervision. We cycled through multiple of them and each one is worst than the last . No body is willing tk to learn and can neither cook anything by themselves.
Would really appreciate a good reference.
