Why did no one tell me ultrasounds when you're plus-sized hurt really bad?

Just had my 20-week anatomy scan, and that was the most painful thing I have ever experienced at a doctor, I literally have bruises from it and I'm still sore the next day.

I assume it's because I'm plus-sized, but oh my Lord it hurt, they kept having to remind me to hold still because I would move around it hurt so bad I was about to cry.

Even worse, I have to do it again because my baby just would not get in a good position and decided to just be balled up literally flicking us off, and I mean very literally giving the middle finger.

So next month I get to be tortured again🥲😭
