Can your facility change your schedule, without you requesting?

My sortation center has been struggling lately and it's pretty obvious, but I looked at shift choice, and it looks like the schedule that awaits me after school accommodation ends is no longer the same part-time schedule I had before? It now says 32hrs (+/- 8 hrs.) and 8 shifts instead of 24 (+/- 6 hrs.) and 6 shifts.

I have a friend who also said that her Sundays were moved to a Monday, without her requesting it a little while ago and HR wasn't much help to her.

Our VOA board is also full of blue badges talking about our facility offering them full-time schedules now, but I'm a white badge. Lowkey don't want to say anything just in case they get rid of me since I'm seasonal.
