Welcome to the subreddit, Survivors!

We know you have questions about the soft launch – and we’ve got answers. This official FAQ covers **downloads, accounts, servers, gameplay, purchases, and support**. Please take a moment to read through it before creating a new post.

**This thread will be updated as new information becomes available.** If you have a question not listed here, feel free to ask in the comments – but please check existing replies first.

# 📥 1. Download & Account

**What is a Soft Launch?**

A soft launch means we’re releasing the game early in a limited number of regions to test servers, balance, and bugs – and to gather your feedback before the global launch.

**How do I download the game?**

* Use the **official link**: [https://lastisle.onelink.me/IKL7/f387x7il](https://lastisle.onelink.me/IKL7/f387x7il)
* Or search **“Last Isle: Survival”** on Google Play. *(iOS players: the official iOS release date will be announced soon – stay tuned!)*

**Which regions are available?**

Current soft-launch regions include:

* **Asia‑Pacific:** Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and more
* **Americas:** USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and more
* **Europe:** UK, Spain, Germany, France, Russia
* **Oceania:** Australia
* **Other:** Turkey and selected English‑speaking countries

If your region isn’t listed yet, follow our official channels for future expansion news.

**Device requirements**

* **Minimum:** Android 8.0 + 3 GB RAM
* **Recommended:** Android 11.0 + 4 GB RAM + 4 GB free storage For best performance, close background apps, use a stable connection, and keep your system updated.

**Supported languages**

At launch: English, Indonesian, Thai, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, and Russian. More will be added later.

**Can’t find the game in the store?**

Possible reasons:

* Not available in your region yet
* Store cache not synced – try again later or use the official link
* Device doesn’t meet requirements
* Store account region mismatch

⚠️ **Always download from official sources only.** Avoid third‑party APKs – they risk your account and device.

**Login methods**

Google, Apple, Facebook, official account, or guest. **We strongly recommend linking your account** to avoid losing progress.

**Guest accounts**

Yes, but data is stored only on your device. If you uninstall, change devices, or clear data, your progress is **permanently lost**. Link your account as soon as possible via **Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Link Account**.

**Can I log in on multiple devices?**

Yes, but frequent switching or simultaneous logins may trigger security checks or force logouts.

**Forgot your login method?**

Try each linked provider (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.). If you still can’t recover, contact Support with your IGN, UID, server, creation date, device info, and purchase receipts (if any). A name alone is not enough.

# 🌐 2. Servers, Characters & CBT Rebates

**Server opening time**

Servers open on **\[August 19, 01:00 UTC\]** – keep an eye on official announcements for exact timing. Expect queues or temporary instability during the initial rush.

**Can I play with friends on different servers?**

No – team play, guilds, and PvP are **server‑bound**. Choose the same server as your friends from the start.

**Can I transfer my character to another server?**

**No.** Character data cannot be moved between servers.

**Can I delete a character and start over?**

Characters cannot be deleted individually – each account can have up to **3** characters. The only way to reset is to **permanently delete the entire account** (all 3 characters). This is **irreversible** – all progress, purchases, and items will be lost forever. Proceed with extreme caution.

**Will CBT progress carry over to the live game?**

**No** – all test data is wiped. However, CBT participants will receive the exclusive **“Dawn Vanguard”** title, and all in‑app purchases made during the test will be rebated.

**How do CBT rebates work?**

Rebates are issued as **Coupons** (equal to cash value) and claimed in‑game via **Events → CBT Rebate**.
The rebate rate is progressive:

* $1–$100: 130%
* $100.01–$300: 120%
* $300.01–$1,000: 110%
* Above $1,000: 100%

*Example: If you spent $1,200, you get $100×130% + $200×120% + $700×110% + $200×100% = $1,340 in Coupons.*

Rebates are issued in one lump sum to the same account and cannot be split. Only **actual paid amounts** count – free bonuses are excluded.

**Didn’t receive your CBT rewards?**

Check:

* You’re using the eligible account/server
* You completed all event requirements
* Check your mailbox and that rewards are still being distributed (may be batched) If still missing after the distribution period, contact Support with your UID, server, and screenshots.

**How to redeem a code?**

Go to **Lobby → Join Community → Redeem Code**. Codes are case‑sensitive, may expire, and can be region/account restricted.

# ⚔️ 3. Gameplay & Purchases

**What kind of game is this?**

A survival sandbox set in a flooded world – build your island, explore, gather resources, raid, trade, form guilds, and fight across land, sea, and air.

**New player tips**

1. **Follow beginner quests** – prioritise upgrading your workbench and furnace to unlock weapon blueprints.
2. **Explore public waters** – bring basic weapons to dungeons or other islands for monsters and loot.
3. **Join a guild early** – safety in numbers, shared blueprints, and raid bonuses.

**Island types and risks**

* **Home Island** – safe base building
* **Beginner Resource Island** – peaceful, good for starting out
* **Advanced Resource Island** – open PvP, rare materials (Black Gold, Purple Gold)
* **Social Island** – safe trading and activities
* **Battlefield Island** – high‑risk, high‑reward (enemy players + NPCs)
* **Monster Island** – PvE for XP, ammo, materials
* **Chain Islands** – clue‑hunting and hidden boss
* **Behemoth Island** – boss challenge for gem materials
* **Guild Home Island** – shared guild base

Always check the map rules before entering – some areas allow item loss on death.

**Can I lose equipment or resources?**

Yes – in certain PvP, raiding, and high‑risk zones. The game warns you beforehand. Avoid carrying irreplaceable valuables and learn the extraction/death rules.

**Can I play solo?**

Absolutely – you can build and do PvE alone. But teaming up or joining a guild makes difficult content much easier.

**Joining a guild**

Unlock the Guild feature, then browse or search for guilds. Choose one that matches your language, time zone, and playstyle – or create your own.

**In‑game purchases**

We offer bundles, currency, cosmetics, and resources – always use **official in‑game channels**. Never use third‑party top‑ups or unknown gift cards – they may lead to financial loss or account theft.

**Didn’t receive a purchase?**

Try:

* Restart the game
* Check mailbox and inventory
* Verify payment went through
* Wait for store sync (don’t buy twice)

If still missing, contact Support with your UID, server, item name, purchase time, order number, and payment screenshot. Never share bank details publicly.

**Refunds**

Refund policies follow Google Play / App Store rules. Unauthorised or fraudulent refunds may result in item removal, restrictions, or a permanent ban. If a minor made an accidental purchase, contact Support promptly.

**Price differences**

Prices vary by region/platform due to exchange rates, taxes, and local regulations – the final price shown at checkout applies.

# ❓ 4. Other Common Questions

**Where to find players speaking my language?**

Join our **Discord** – we have dedicated language channels for finding teammates and recruiting guild members. Other social media are mainly English, but major announcements may be multilingual.

**Can’t log in?**

Try:

* Check for maintenance announcements
* Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data
* Disable VPN/proxy
* Restart game and device
* Update to latest version
* Free up storage

If it persists, note the error message and contact Support.

**Lag, crashes, or overheating?**

* Lower graphics settings (quality, frame rate, shadows)
* Close background apps
* Avoid playing while charging or when device is hot
* Ensure sufficient storage and stable network

If frequent, provide Support with device model, OS version, game version, and when it happens.

**How to report a bug?**

Use in‑game Customer Support or our official Discord/Facebook. Include:

* UID and server
