How is Ontario average calculated for Quebec CEGEP students?

Perchance a bad question.

I heard they take your top 12 but on Waterloos site it says top 6 Grade 12 equivalent grades or something like that. So which is it? And if you do both years of Cegep does that change anything compared to only 1?

I realize this may be a bad sub for this but I got nothing else
