Worried 6-7 weeks pregnant with spotting

Hi,

I’m trying not to spiral because I have a job and a toddler to tend to 😂 but I found out I was pregnant and based on the first day of my last menses I’m about 7 w+ 4 d pregnant.

I started experiencing very light spotting three days ago and decided to get checked out by my pcp while I wait for my OB appt. She did a cervical exam and told me my cervix is still closed and noticed bleeding but large tissue or clots.

Anyway, that was yesterday and since then I’ve had some small clots pass that I’m hoping is because of the cervical exam. No changes in blood volume it’s been super scant and no cramping/pain. While I wait for my ultrasound she ordered a hcg and at 7 weeks I’m at 6,006 and I’m due for another one tomorrow. I guess I just need to hear some words of encouragement and while I wait for my follow up tests and ultrasound.
