First trimester gas pain???

I just found out I’m pregnant today and oh my GOSH I have had non stop gas and lower abdomen pressure all day… I was starting to get kind of nervous because I’ve had 2 chemical pregnancies and I experienced strong cramping with both of those, but this is definitely more like bubbly, gassy stomach discomfort so I’m not freaking out just yet. Did anyone else experience this super early in their first trimester- like as early as week 4? Any advice on what to do about it? I could seriously fuel a diesel truck right now. Sorry, TMI.
