Former USDA inspector | I made an app for your food safety records

I spent about a decade as a USDA FSIS Consumer Safety Inspector, District 6018, mostly Philadelphia and NYC. I wrote the NRs.
What I saw over and over was good plants getting written up for things that were not food safety failures. They were recordkeeping failures. A missing initial. A temperature log nobody could locate at 6am. Monitoring performed correctly and documented badly.
So I built software for that. It ingests the food safety plan you already have, so there is no rewriting your HACCP plan and no retraining your crew. Monitoring records, CCP logs, preoperational sanitation, corrective actions, all in one place you can hand to an inspector or an SQF auditor without digging.
It is my company and it is a paid product, so take the pitch for what it is. But the walkthrough is free, and so is answering questions about what inspectors actually look for even if you never buy anything.
USDA inspected plants, GFSI prep, consultants: DM me your plant size and your worst documentation headache and I will tell you straight whether this helps.
