Starting what to post?

As we know the TikTok shop program requires 1-5k followers, but what do you post starting out? How do you get your audience to follow you throughout the journey and stay when you start posting shop content? How often do you guys post and what about? I plan on being in the beauty, lifestyle niche. I also do UGC videos on a different account or should I merge UGC and ttshop content into one account ?
