Building a brand

Hi all first time poster here sorry if not using correct terminology.

I have wanted to work on building applications first starting with making advanced spreadsheets to get my feet wet with formulas and coding for plugins.

Ive dabbled in making websites from scratch and still have an interest in trying that. But first I wanted to establish some sort of safety and baseline. I do use ai to cover and develop alot of my blind spots in saas developments. I am more into the technical documents planning that's been my area I get right more often than not. I am developing my first full app for smaller sole traders who deal with quotes. Focusing on not a whole business. But making sure quotes are followed up on and just tracked to make sure money is not just sitting there on the table that small companies miss.

With this being something I want to invest my time into when im not working. I am always striving to make a brand of Saas applications that help smaller businesses and charities manage smaller tasks more efficiently. Im currently running my 3rd QA run for staging before working on a release candidate. After all that babbling the question.

What do you find most powerful in standing out in your brand, the obvious for any product or business,Being trustworthy, there when needed, answer a need ect. But how do you keep your brands alive and not go abandoned especially after the first app?
