How does PC Richard survive?

Every time I go to best buy there are always a decent number of cars in the parking lot and people in the store. Every time I drive past a PC Richard there's like 1 car. Is the one in watchung even open anymore?

I legit don't understand how a store with the much square footage and seemingly no customers stays in business.
