Numbness?

I've been clean since July 1st, and I've just noticed that when I scratch my leg it feels numb or the sensation is dulled, I haven't cut on my leg since I decided to try to stop, and I've never gone deeper than deep styro (my 4 keloids), the numbness/dulled sensation goes down to my knee and all my scars are on my upper to mid thigh. is this a bad sign?
