Anyone here planning to take the CCRN Exam?

Hi! I recenlty passed my NCLEX. I am an OR Nurse in the Philippines. But I plan to study for CCRN Certification since I want to specialized ICU after my two years experience at OR. Can I proceed to it even if I don’t have ICU Experience? Would it be possible to complete the exam from home to obtain the certification? If yes, can I use my ipad? Also, if I would take it through an authorized testing site, where would the test will be held?
