How do I fix this?

So I am ass at grammar, and I am unsure of it expecially when I write dialogues, I want to get some kind of text editor, even a human who corrects texts and actually adapts it (my work is not originally made in English, so there are expressions or metaphors that it English will sound weird) so a human who can actually adapt them and make them grammatically sound

Who do I look for? And where? Because I am new to the editing setting
