Would you let me rule 0 Daemon Princes in Shadow Legion

MTG player here choosing between CSM and Shadow Legion. I really want to run Be’lakor, and I really want to run CSMs, but I also want Daemon Princes. I don’t have a play group yet, still deciding what models to buy to start out. So I wanted to know how the community feels about rule 0 stuff like this in general
