Pre Surgery Med Stop Timeframe

I am going to miss at least one shot and maybe two for an upcoming oral surgery. Office has advised me to skip a dose and ensure last shot is at least a week past. Based on my shot schedule and my appt date, I will be 10 days past my last shot. My question is why is it advised in the TirzepatideCompound Wiki document that if you are more than 4 days past your standard shot day, to take your next shot on your next regular schedule date. Why wouldn't I take the shot the day after surgery and just let my scheduled shot day change? I have no special reason that my shot day is Tuesday. Does it really matter, after 11 days post shot, if I change my shot day from a Tuesday to a Friday as long as I stay with Friday going forward?
