I'm trying to find a short live action movie about hitman

I don't know if this is the right place to ask and i don't know if there's anyone from Saudi Arabia here, but I've been searching for and old (I guess a commercial) short live action movie and I think it's about agent 47 in riyadh

Does anyone know anything here about it? I've been searching everywhere and I couldn't find it.
