Can romantic feelings return once lost ?

I don’t wanna go into detail and I’m using a throw away account. Me and parter were going through a rough patch, She said she lost romantic feelings. We broke up. Talked. Got back together. I don’t know where to go from here. Can feelings be rekindled ? Yes we have talked and yes we are working on things. I am trying to work allot on myself and the things I did that made her uncomfortable. She says she feels things towards me, jusy not romantic, and really wants to fix things because allot of what was upsetting the both of us was misunderstandings not properly communicated. I’m scared, she is too, that it can’t be fixed. I’m not asking for someone to tell me what to do , jusy maybe ideas on what I could do to respark what we once had ? I’m not gonna lie I’ve been overbearingingly sad about it- and I realize that’s probably pushing her away more. I just feel hopeless because I think I will lose my best friend soon. We are long distance so it’s hard. I would love advice , or personal experience. Maybe a little hopecore tbh.
