How bad is paper work/burnout/billing/other issues in fam med?

Hello all,

I am interested in fam med, but hear lots about the aformentioned issues and seek some more information before applying to this field.

I hear online about issues including paper work/burnout/billing. Are these overemphasized, or are they really that bad? Would love to hear from family doctors/residents that are both satisfied in fam med and those who are burntout/who have left. Ontario and Quebec perspectives especially welcome.
