House of Que replacement & other empty spaces in that building?

Ok, any news here people?? That entire building of storefronts at 333 is mostly empty. No supermarket. The other restaurant at the far end across from the w is also empty now. Like wouldn’t the building rather make $$$ than have empty open spaces for years?? It’s really disappointing. I’m hoping for a supermarket but have given up hopes.
