Should I take CS6650 (Building Scalable Distributed Systems) before taking CS5600 (Computer Systems)?

Not sure which courses to take. Wanted your advice.
I have to pick any two from -
* 6650
* 5600
* Cloud Computing
* 5200 Database Management Systems
