Black Ops 2 Discord or GC

Does anyone know of an active Black Ops 2 Discord server, especially for Xbox? Looking for people to run multiplayer/custom games with since public lobbies can be rough with hackers. Would be awesome to get a group together where people can hop on and play. Drop an invite if you know one!
