Should I tell my ex I got my period?

My ex and I had sex recently, and my period was late. We argued because I told him he was emotionally unavailable, and he ended things.

He knew I was worried but only asked about symptoms instead of reassuring me, even after I told him I needed more emotional care.

Today I got my period. Should I tell him since we had sex and he knew I was worried, or just leave it since he’s my ex now?
