I have a solider that wants to divorce her husband.

We are currently deployed and i have a soldier that has found out their spouse has been cheating. This soldier wants a divorce now. The spouse has no job and has been dependant on the soldier. They don't have any kids but I am afraid the spouse will try to screw over the soldier any way they can. Is there any way the soldier can get a divorce while deployed? Stationed at Fort Hood TX. My main concern is that the soldier is going to go home to a drained bank account. I advised the soldier to open a new bank account in their own name but they live on base. Would the soldier still have to provide for the spouse until the divorce is finalized or anything like that? I assume the spouse would be kicked out of on base housing once the divorce is finalized.
