Not able to add any cards or buy anything from temu

I haven't made a purchase from temu for two years, recently, I tried to use the gifts for 0 coupon. It said it couldn't because charges were being disputed with my account. I tried a different card and it said it couldn't be added. I made a new account and used a mastercard, it still didn't work. No dispute was ever filed from me or the bank. Please help, I'm about to give up.
