My tooth pain is driving me insane

I f21 have had this tooth pain for over two years but recently it’s gotten worse and worse. Everyone tells me to get it checked with what money? I just got scammed out of a car last year for $2,800 I bought it off this lot only for the owner to never give it to me since he said he would deliver it to my house in 3 days after fixing some minor issues which turned out to be unsalvageable but he had already invested the money so he has not paid me back. I have filed a police report and they have done nothing but give him a few calls. We’re in Texas where you’ll get more penalized for having weed than for stealing. My heart hurts I’ve been crying for days and truly feel like I can’t keep going it’s to the point I hope this tooth infection takes me out in my sleep.
