[TOMT][VIDEO] Old YouTube short comedy video of a rubber mannequin doing crazy stuff and driving a car (~10-15+ years old)

• It was a short comedy video, like a short film, not a full-length video • The main “character” was a physical mannequin/dummy prop maybe CGI or animated, made of rubber or a rubber-like material, with loose, floppy, exaggerated “rubbery” movements — like it was being puppeteered or was just very bendy • It was completely silent/mute — no dialogue, no talking • It had a quirky, curious instrumental background track (no lyrics), kind of playful/whimsical music that fit the absurd tone • The mannequin does a bunch of crazy/absurd things
• At some point it drives a real car (a normal, real car — not a toy or CGI) • It crashes the car • Near the end, it grabs some balloons, and the balloons carry it away/lift it off the ground flying off • Overall tone was bizarre but really funny/slapstick We’ve searched extensively on YouTube directly with no luck.
