Why is the shipping so expensive when Uniuni is so trash?

I have an order scheduled to arrive today but no delivery was made; in fact, it’s been stuck on transport to regional center for three days now yet delivery date was to be today?

This shipping company has no customer service and I doubt contacting gamersups is gonna resolve this.

Why does gamersups continue to use this company rather than USPS or UPS or some company not garbage like Uniuni?😩
