Venting

my spouse (30mtf) and I (31f) have been married for 6 years, have two kids. my spouse came out the beginning of this year and started taking hormones 3 months ago. I hate it. we fought so much at the beginning, we both started therapy, we started individuals and couples. It caused so many fights we just stopped talking about. I started antidepressants and stopped seeing my therapist because it's not helping in my opinion. my spouse wants me to start again, I think it's a waste of time and money. I'm stuck. we either fight or it's an elephant in the room.
