Uninstall Ny

I was given an order to have removal in NY. I have served my time with little issues. Just dead battery violation. So the county which I live sent the removal notice to DMV, Intoxalock, and my probation officer and me.

Upon receiving the notice for removal of the IID. I just forwarded it to Intoxalock.

Meanwhile the county had sent their email 1 hour prior.

So this morning I receive an email from Intoxalock that they can’t process removal unless it’s from the monitoring authority.

I respond with that the monitoring authority already sent it an hour prior to me sending it.

So I call. Follow the prompts. Tells me my place for uninstall is closed.

That’s false theyre open 6 days a week. And also at 10am on a Thursday.

I call back. Go theming automations. Just keep hitting 0 to talk to an Indian.

Get on the phone with someone after 25 minutes. Explain my situation. Say why did I get a response to my personal email and not the one from the county.

His answer was you are more than welcome to remove the item from your car but it is not lawful. You must wait for us to review your paperwork in order for it to be lawful.

So 18 months. Classes. Fines. Lawyers. Fees. Paying this company 149 a month. My insurance went from 215 to 515 a month.

I have to wait and pay them another week?
