OPT Approved without PP - one of the 39 banned countries

My OPT got approved on August 14th, I applied on April 2nd and did my biometrics on May 4th, I was about to apply for premium processing since I've only been seeing people getting approvals through it. So my advice for people who applied on April and are still waiting (specially if they don't already have a job offer/a fixed start date), is to not waste their money on premium processing since they've already waited this long and their papers are most likely getting processed already.
