I'm 32 and I want to join a professional orchestra.

I'm 32. I take lessons weekly with a member of our local professional orchestra in a large US city, and practice 2 hours every morning before work (3 hours on weekends). My level is Sibelius, admitted to second-tier conservatory program at the end of high school. I currently play in a per-service orchestra.

Is this realistic?
