What’s the smallest thing you’ve found that genuinely helps when anxiety starts taking over?
I’m not talking about completely eliminating anxiety.
I’m interested in the tiny things.
Going outside for five minutes.
Putting your phone down.
Taking a shower.
Not answering that email immediately.
Recognizing that you’re catastrophizing.
Doing one task instead of staring at ten.
Actually eating something.
Calling somebody.
Giving yourself permission to leave something unfinished.
I’ve been thinking about how often we look for huge solutions when we’re overwhelmed, when sometimes the most realistic intervention is just making the next 10 minutes a little easier.
So I’m curious:
**What’s your smallest reliable anxiety reset?**
Something that doesn’t magically fix everything, but consistently makes things even slightly better.
