Should I consider moving to Saskatoon for university?

I’m entering grade 12 and I want to study nursing, my parents suggested I add USask to one of the schools I’m applying to. I’m not worried about finances since I’m in the military but I wanted to ask how Saskatoon is and should I move there? I like places that have stuff to do but I’m not expecting Toronto level or anything. I think it’s a more affordable place to move compared to the GTA area (my ultimate goal is to get into universities in my city so I don’t have to move but if I do Saskatoon seems like a realistic option).
