I need reassurance.

I was just today a victim of sextortion. I was an idiot, and sent photos and videos. I also sent $500 to the scammers, that of which I do not care about, but it was stupid. They have tried to request me on insta, and i have blocked them and their snapchat account got banned because of me. They sent the evidence of them about to send videos and photos to my friends of my private area along with my face. I do not care about the money, but can anyone here please reassure me they are going to leave me alone. I just want this to be over.
