Need some quick help with a kid

Been doing this for awhile but this year I've got the toughest kid I've encountered. He's extremely adhd and vocal. Won't stop moving and won't stop talking. He starts at a regular desk. A little bit into the day he gets antsy and i move him to a table in the back where he can wiggle more. Talking never stops. In fact today he started singing. He has an iep which suggests preferential seating. Did that. Says I should give him legos. Im not buying those so he uses an old bag of Jenga blocks. Worked great until one flew past my head. Says he should have a fidget toy which mom won't provide and I'm not paying for. I got a few others in that class so the whole situation is tough. Im documenting everything. Ive talked to mom. He's talked to mom during class. Im going to keep working at it but I would like some advice (other than telling mom that there are medicines these days.)
