Missed just one day of 18 mg Concerta and the side effects are awful

I have an okayish time with concerta usually but I missed one day because my prescription ran out and I just feel depressed as shit, anxious and heart racing, with slight agitation. I just had 2 cry sessions. I miss my mother.
