Chapter 6 violation

I literally got panicked attack and been throwing up. Can someone DM if they ever got chapter 6 before and what’s the process looks like? I really appreciate it. I spent so much money and time for this stupid test as a 3rd time taker and getting chapter 6 that does not make any sense makes me wanna just give up on life…
