What's y'all's httyd head cannons

Like for no reason at all other then maybe for a story I think the death grippers like being scratched under their eyes as they wouldn't be able to do it themselves without hurting themselves

Or that viggos ancestors was high tech in terms of engineering and metalergy at the time maybe invented the dragon eye and lenses with help from other tribes and that they invented dragon proof metal

Maybe the lycanwing was the night fury of bork the bolds time and just died out

Etc etc whatever ya want it to be what's y'all's head cannons for the show that was never even mentioned once.
