Wwyd - full time job with big salary or part time with lower salary?

Hi everyone. I’m a FTM with a 3 month old. I was furloughed and currently looking for a new job. My husband and I always had a plan for me to go part time once we had kids. And here we are. But a position opened up in my field that is rare. It would be the next step in my career and it’d be a very nice paycheck. It’s a manager position and it would be full time. The pay is tempting and also the career advancement. But I’m terrified to go back to work as it is, let alone going back full time. I’m very conflicted. Please help a FTM out.
