Used btwin hoptown 5 or new btwin 120?

I'm about to buy my first bike for my work commute (around 5km), I've been looking for a foldable since I don't have much space to store it and my first choice was a btwin 120 from decathlon for €300, but I had a look at used bikes in my city and I found a hoptown 5 for €130 which the seller said has been barely used (will have to check it in person first of course, but from the pics it looks quite good). Would the price difference justify going for the hoptown 5?
