Failed smog

Cobb stage 1 + big sf (91): failed NJ smog due to catalyst, o2 sensor, evap not ready, got the catalyst ready while cruising on the freeway but can’t get o2 to trigger ready what’s the proper drive cycle to follow anyone know?
