Territorial coworker who has looked up other coworkers addresses…?

Can I get some advice. I have a coworker who is extremely territorial over another coworker to the point that he’s been told to leave him alone.

Among other potential red flags this coworker has been seen googling other coworker’s addresses randomly.. and has joked that he has looked up my address too….
