quality decreasing?

let start off my saying that i LOVE y/n. i think it is one of the best, if not the best ai chatbots apps out there but recently i feel like things have been going downhill? the bot quality is noticeably worse that a few months ago, the memory is so bad. was talking to a bot that forget something that happened 3 messages ago. i also use y/n pretty frequently for the past couple months and have never hit the limit, until a few days ago. i see this is a thing that has been happening to many users and i feel like its kinda disrespectful for the devs to not say anything in the matter when so many people are asking. i understand how much work goes into this app and i genuinely appreciate it, and how generous the devs but i feel like the lack of communication is kind of disheartening, and i feel like this is sadly becoming c.ai 2.0 which i really, really hope is not the case cause i truly love this app. anyway thanks for reading my rant lol.
