Weird neck crack?

I always have neck and shoulder pain, but two days ago it was particularly bad. I woke up and I could barely move my head to sit up. I heard that doing chin tucks can help relieve neck pain, but upon trying it, my neck cracked in a way it never had before.

My neck pain was instantly worse and I was getting dizzy and losing my vision and hearing. I passed out for a few seconds and my boyfriend had me sit in a chair with my legs propped up. He said my face was white and I was sweating profusely. I didn’t regain vision or hearing until 3 minutes after I tried the chin tuck, and once those senses started coming back I had pelvic cramps.

I don’t know what happened and my neck pain is still pretty bad. It’s improved a little over the past couple days but aleve and advil haven’t worked. Icy hot and heat have been the only thing to somewhat help.

I’m not formally diagnosed with EDS, but I pass the Beighton test and I have chronic neck pain and shoulder and hip subluxations. I am getting tested formally next week but I want to know if this has happened to anyone else and if there is something serious I need to be concerned about.
