help,is there anyway to make steam give meback access back to my account faster

help, I had that 50 fake dollar giftcard scammer try to take my account info. When I was about to block steam took care of it for me and an admin message popped up. After this occured i blocked the account, and went on with my gaming of dbd but before going on, I changed my password and made sure 2FA was on. Before going to bed, i got a dm from someone acting as a woman, I thought maybe it was a random i had been playing with in dead by daylight they acted weird so i then blocked them as well. This was the 15th and when I went to open steam on the 20th today. As i've been doing work online/training for a new job. Best friend asked if I had download a game I had purchased for us to play, I said no but i was going to do it then. That's when I realized i had been kicked out. they removed my email,phone number and 2FA. Don't know how but i plan on wiping everything on my hard drive. I contacted support and the account is locked but what made steam think that id be in south america, when i am in north? how do i fix this beyond just support and how do i fix it faster i am a streamer this is hurting me.
