How to recover an email deleted for inactivity?

One of my oldest accounts, which I did not use very often (but was tied to important services) has been deleted due to inactivity. It's no excuse, but I did not know of the proton's policy. It's very difficult to change the email for the services it is tied to. Is there any way to recover it?
