coming down without benzos

so basically ive been stimfapping since 30h~ im down 300mg amphetamin and ive been using benzos in high dosages for the past 4 days and i dont wanna make it a habit

i have multiple things like

Quetiapin, prothyphendyl, diphenhydramin,kratom,weed,

im gonna try thr kratom ig? last line is 4h ago

can i start dosing kratom in 3~ hour intervalls till i fall asleep?

never used anything else but quet and benzos as landing gear

but antipsychotics make me wanna kms on the next day
