In store pick up

Ordered a 42" roll cab and top chest paid in full upfront. Waited 2 weeks. Went in today 40 minutes before closing as I wasnt able to come in any earlier and was told they dont have anyone that can use the forklift this close to closing. Just wondering if anyone else has ran into this or if the guy was just being lazy.
